  • Since many of the items we offer are on sale, most sales are final and returns are not accepted. In some specific cases, returns may be accepted upon approval within 15 days of purchase and before the item is shipped to the destination country.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us directly. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • At Bombazar we strive to offer high quality products that are carefully inspected prior to shipment. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours. Please note that, as the customer assumes all risk of damage during shipping, we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. However, we will work with you to arrive at a satisfactory solution.
  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. Refunds will be sent to your bank immediately. Please note that depending on your bank's processing time, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. In some cases, the refund may be processed as a reversal, which means that the original payment will be removed from your account statement and your balance will show as if the charge never occurred.
